OMAL provides you with fast access to the most skilled pros and engineers. Post your job, compare offers, and track your pro to your doorstep under full financial protection.
1. Posting a New Job
Click 'Post New Job', choose category, describe the problem accurately, and upload reference photos. Pin your location accurately on the map to find the nearest available technician.
2. Pro Selection
You will receive offers from different pros. Review ratings, completed tasks, and offered prices. Choose the best fit and click 'Confirm and Hire'.
3. Tracking and Chat
Once the pro accepts, watch their live location on the way to you. Use 'Live Chat' to send text, voice messages, or extra photos.
4. Review and Release Payment
Upon completion, the pro requests receipt. Review the documentation photos. If completely satisfied, click 'Confirm and Pay' and show the QR code to finish the process.
5. Escrow Protection and Review
Our escrow system holds funds until you confirm task delivery. Finally, please rate your technician to help others make informed decisions.
