👷 Pro and Contractor Agreement

These terms define the obligations and responsibilities incumbent on all pros and contractors registered on the OMAL platform, belonging to SHAREKAT SPITCOM LEL EEMAR WA AL ESTTHMAR.

1. Nature of Contracting (Labor Fees Only)

The contractor/pro acknowledges that all financial offers submitted through the OMAL platform are for labor fees and execution only. The contractor has no right to demand additional material costs from client within the submitted offer, and the contractor undertakes to provide all professional tools and equipment necessary to perform the task with high quality without imposing any additional burdens on client for rental or purchase of equipment.

2. Execution Quality

The contractor undertakes to perform projects and tasks according to highest technical quality standards recognized in the industry, and use materials and equipment consistent with agreed specifications.

3. Communication and Dealing

Direct communication or financial agreement with client outside the OMAL platform is strictly prohibited. Any violation of this clause exposes contractor to immediate account suspension while platform retains all its legal rights.

4. Documentation and Data

Valid ID documents and valid professional practice licenses (if any) must be provided, and commitment to update photos and data periodically to ensure profile credibility.
