Your use of the OMAL platform, belonging to SHAREKAT SPITCOM LEL EEMAR WA AL ESTTHMAR, means your full agreement to all terms and conditions mentioned here.

1. Nature of Service

The OMAL platform is a platform to connect clients with pros and contractors to perform technical tasks. All prices and offers submitted through the platform include labor fees (handwork) only, and do not include costs of raw materials or spare parts. The client bears the responsibility of providing necessary materials unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties, while the pro/contractor undertakes to provide all tools and equipment necessary to complete the agreed work.

2. Acceptance of Terms

Using the site or app constitutes the user's automatic consent to these terms in full. This agreement constitutes a legal contract between the user and SHAREKAT SPITCOM LEL EEMAR WA AL ESTTHMAR.

3. Prohibited Behavior

It is strictly forbidden to use the platform for illegal purposes, attempt unauthorized access to data, or perform any act that harms technical infrastructure of the platform.
