The **OMAL** platform connects clients with technicians and contractors. **All prices and bids provided through the platform cover labor (workmanship) only and do not include the cost of raw materials or spare parts.** The client is responsible for providing the required materials unless otherwise agreed in writing, while the worker/contractor is responsible for providing all tools and equipment necessary to complete the agreed work.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the site or application, the user automatically agrees to these terms in full. This agreement represents a legal contract between the user and **SHAREKAT SPITCOM LEL EEMAR WA AL ESTTHMAR**.

Intellectual Property Rights
