👷 Terms for Workers & Contractors

These terms define the obligations and responsibilities for all technicians and contractors registered on the **OMAL** platform, owned by **SHAREKAT SPITCOM LEL EEMAR WA AL ESTTHMAR**.

1. Nature of Contract (Labor Only)

The contractor/worker acknowledges that all financial offers submitted through the OMAL platform are for **labor and workmanship only**. The contractor has no right to claim additional material costs within the submitted bid, and is committed to providing all professional tools and equipment necessary to execute the task with high quality without charging the client any additional costs for tool rental or purchase.

1. Execution Quality

The contractor is committed to executing projects and tasks with the highest technical quality standards recognized in the industry, using materials and equipment that match the agreed specifications.

2. Communication & Dealing

Direct communication or financial agreement with the client outside the OMAL platform is strictly prohibited. Any violation of this clause subjects the contractor to immediate account suspension while reserving all legal rights for the platform.

3. Documentation & Data

Valid identification documents and valid professional licenses (if any) must be provided, and documentation photos and data must be updated periodically to ensure profile credibility.
